Singapore Tests and Assessment Board (SEAB) was created first April 2004 legal opinion. SEAB, formerly the Department of Posts Ministry of Education (MOE) was formed to develop and conduct national examinations in Singapore and offer further advice andassessment services at home and abroad. SEAB cooperation with the Ministry of Education for all tests. It is also well positioned to be a regional service center for testing and evaluation, and contribute to the development of Singapore as an education center.
