Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj debuts Super Bass video, Taylor Swift premieres Mean music video and Johnny Depp gives details on Pirates of the Caribbean injury.
On top of massive amounts of buzz surrounding the Kentucky Derby 2011, there has been a ton of news in the entertainment department. Nicki Minaj debuted her brand new “Super Bass” music video on Thursday night. The next day, country superstar Taylor Swift premiered her highly anticipated “Mean” music video via CMT. Johnny Depp recently opened up about an injury her sustained on the set of the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
Nicki Minaj fans are going crazy as the lovely lady of rap premiered her brand new music video for “Super Bass” last week. Minaj’s newest single marks the 5th release off her highly acclaimed “Pink Friday” album. Did you miss the premiere of Nicki Minaj – Super Bass? Enjoy the Minaj and all her boobtastic, daisy dukes glory as the bottom of this post.
If rap isn’t your genre then maybe Taylor Swift and her “Mean” music video will better suit your taste in music. Last night, Swift who is currently prepping for the US leg of her Speak Now World Tour, premiered the brand new video via CMT and CMT.com. In the video, Taylor Swift plays a sort of damsel in distress as she sings about bullies. Swift looks absolutely gorgeous in the video and I think the overall message of the song is great for kids these days.
Last but not least is Johnny Depp who will be starring in the fourth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean later this month. In a recent interview, Depp revealed that he suffered a pretty bad injury while on set but fought through the pain and continued to shoot the movie. Apparently, during a stunt, Johnny Depp suffered a back injury that lasted about a month. I’m glad he worked through the pain because I can’t wait for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides which hits theaters on May 20, 2011.
