"Sirius XM" is a trending search topic after the satellite radio launched its new channel lineup on Wednesday morning.
"This re-organization will make it simpler to navigate through the lineup so you'll spend less time searching and more time listening to what you like the most,"Sirius(SIRI) explained to its more than 20 million paid subscribers on its Web site.
The channel number changes were made to group programming together based on genre or content type.
A few of the changes include Bruce Springsteen's "E Street Band" channel, which moved to number 20 from 10, and the grunge "Lithium" channel which was moved to 34 from 24. Shock jock Howard Stern remains at channels 100 and 101.
Sirius shares climbed to a new 52-week high share price after the company reported earnings of a penny a share, in line with analysts' expectations.
