Indian boxer Vijender Singh, who also has Bollywood aspirations, got married to his girlfriend of four years, Archana, on Tuesday.

The wedding reportedly took place at the Delhi Flying Club. Apart from the close friends and family members, a few political bigwigs also attended the wedding to congratulate Vijender and Archana.

Archana is a software engineer from Delhi. She’s also done MBA. She is presently working with British High Commission in Delhi. On the wedding day she was dressed in a red sari designed by Tarun Tahiliani.

Vijender wore a cream coloured sherwani designed by Manav Gangwani for the wedding.

The wedding reception will be held on Wednesday at Vijender’s native village Kaluwas in Bhiwani.

Vijender Singh has won bronze medals at Olympics and World Championships. He is also set to make his Bollywood debut opposite Govinda’s daughterNarmmadaa Ahuja.

Talking about Archana, Vijender says in an interview that he is crazy about her smile and thinks that she’s the most beautiful woman in the world.
